Gently bring coconut water to boil. Add tea and let steep for around 5 minutes. The longer you let steep, the stronger that irrestistible chai flavour will be. Meanwhile, heat up your plant mylk, ensuring not to boil, and add in your honey or maple syrup and a pinch of cinnamon.
Combine your mylk and tea mixes and finish by sprinkling with coconut flakes and another pinch of cinnamon. Enjoy!
