Cacao Espresso Smoothie bowl


    Ingredients

    • 3-4 frozen cauliflower florets (if you’re not a fan, you can use 1 frozen banana)
    • 1 cup of Cocobella Straight Up coconut water
    • 1 ½ tbs espresso protein powder
    • 1 tbs raw cacao powder
    • 1 tsp maca powder

    Recommended toppings:

    • Goji berries
    • Bee pollen
    • More raw cacao
    • Cinnamon granola mix

    Cinnamon granola mix:

    • 1 cup organic oats
    • 1/4 cup shredded coconut
    • Sunflower seeds
    • Raw buckinis
    • Flaxseeds
    • 1 tsp cinammon
    • ¼ cup melted coconut oil
    • 2 tbs rice malt syrup

    Bake on 180 degrees for 15-20 mins

    Method

    Simply blend all smoothie ingredients, and add toppings.
