Add flour, baking powder, salt, cocoa powder and coconut sugar into a bowl mixing well. Pour in the coconut oil, vanilla and Choc Almond Super Smoothie and mix until smooth.
Preheat your fry pan (and grease if required) on low-medium heat. Use about 3-4 tbsp of mix to form each pancake and cook for 3 minutes or until pancakes have risen and become matte. Flip and cook on the other side for an additional 2 minutes.
Serve with your favourite fruit & chocolate sauce. Enjoy!
