Cocobella Coconut Frozen Yoghurt

Ingredients

Cocobella Coconut Frozen Yoghurt

1 ½ cup Cocobella Coconut Yoghurt – Vanilla

6 tsp. shredded coconut

Toppings – recommended quantities, please adjust to taste.

2-3 Strawberries

1 handful of Blueberries

1 Kiwifruit

1 tsp chia seeds

½ Mango

2-3 edible flowers

1 sprig mint

Method

To make the frozen yoghurt, add the coconut yoghurt and shredded coconut to an electric mixer, blending on medium speed for 2-3 minutes. Remove this yoghurt mixture, pour into a plastic container and place in the freezer for four hours. After this period of time, remove the container and mix the frozen mixture into a softer, creamier consistency with a warm spoon. Place back in the freezer for another 4 hours. After this time, remove container and stir mixture again with a warm spoon.

To serve, arrange scoops of Cocobella Coconut Frozen Yoghurt in bowls and top with seasonal berries, mango cheeks, kiwifruit, chia seeds, mint leaves and edible flowers. Enjoy!
