Coconut, Cacao & Avocado Mousse

coconut water recipe for mousse


    1 just ripe avocado

    2 tbsp coconut water

    50g cacao powder

    10ml vanilla essence

    50ml raw honey

    ½ tsp ground cinnamon

    1 pinch sea salt


    We love Jessica Sepel’s healthy take on an old favourite dessert – chocolate mousse. Try Jess’s Coconut, Cacao & Avocado version below.

    Mix ingredients together in a bowl/food processor.

    Spoon mixture into glasses and chill for a couple of hours before serving.

    Top each glass of mousse with a sprinkle of raw nuts and an extra shake of cinnamon.

    Serve chilled.

    Makes an impressive, healthy dessert at your next dinner party!
