- Mix the dry ingredients together to combine.
- Add the coconut yoghurt and water to the dry ingredients, and mix well.
- Soak bread in mixture, and flip to coat both sides.
- Melt butter in a fry pan over medium heat and once almost melted add the bread slices.
- Fry for 3-4 mins on both sides, or until golden. (Lift and check, you don’t want it to burn!).
- Once golden, take off heat and tuck in! Slice it, leave it whole, serve it with chutney or sauce.
