Gluten and dairy free banana pancakes with Cocobella Coconut Yoghurt


    Ingredients

    • Two ripe bananas, mashed
    • Two eggs
    • 1 tsp cinnamon
    • 1tsp vanilla extract
    • 1/4 gluten free baking powder (optional for more fluff).
    • Coconut oil (to fry)

    Toppings

    Method

    Blend all ingredients together to form a smooth batter. Heat coconut oil in a non-stick pan, and gently pour your batter in for desired pancake size. Cook until brown on both sides. Serve stacked with layers of Cocobella Coconut Yoghurt, berries and Manuka honey. Enjoy!
