- Whisk all ingredients in a bowl until well combined. The mixture should be nice and thick like a normal pancake batter. Add 1 tsp of coconut oil into the frying pan to help them crisp up. Pour batter into a non-stick fry pan. Cook on one side until small bubbles appear, then flip and cook on the other side until golden brown.
- Serve with Cocobella coconut yoghurt, fresh banana, natural peanut butter, Mayvers Food cacao nut spread and a sprinkle of granola.
