Post-workout Protein Smoothie


    Ingredients

    • 1 cup frozen cauliflower
    • 2 tbsp. raw organic cacao powder
    • 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
    • 1 cup Cocobella Straight Up Coconut water
    • ½ cup melted coconut chocolate
    • ½ cup cacao nibs

    Method

    1. Blitz the cauliflower, cacao powder, protein powder and coconut water together in a blender until smooth. Set aside. Drizzle melted chocolate into a tall glass and spoon in smoothie mixture. Top with pieces of chocolate and cacao nibs.
