Preheat oven to 180℃ and line a 21cm x 11cm loaf pan with baking paper. Sift, then whisk all dry ingredients together in a large bowl. In a separate bowl, combine all wet ingredients, stirring with a fork until smooth. Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients, then mix together until well combined and a smooth batter has formed. Pour batter into the loaf pan and bake in oven for 50 minutes. Remove from oven and leave to cool for 15 minutes, then lift out of pan by corners of the baking paper and transfer gently onto a wire rack to cool completely. Serve slices with dollops of coconut yoghurt.
