@parry_foodie – Strawberry Kale Nice Cream
These two flavours bring out the best in each other, and bring out the best in you with their nutrients and minerals!

Serves: 2
Ingredients:
Strawberry Nice Cream –
1/2 frozen pink dragon fruit
1/2 cup strawberries
1 banana
1/4 cup Cocobella Straight Up coconut water
Kale Nice Cream –
Handful of kale
2 frozen bananas
1 tsp blue spirulina
1/4 cup Cocobella Straight Up coconut water
Method:
- Blend Strawberry Nice Cream ingredients in a blender until smooth and creamy, and divide equally between jars.
- Rinse blender and repeat with Kale Nice Cream. Once smooth, pour on top of the Strawberry layer.

Enjoy the best summer fruits with this fun take on fruit salad.

Serves: 2
Ingredients:
6 triangle slices of watermelon
500g Cocobella Natural coconut yoghurt
Handful shredded coconut
Few sprigs of fresh mint
Fresh rockmelon, strawberries, kiwi, pineapple, and mango cut into pieces
1/3 cup blueberries
1 tablespoon passionfruit pulp
Method:
1. Arrange the slices of watermelon on a plate and dollop the coconut yoghurt on each slice.
2. Top with the fresh fruit, and garnish with shredded coconut and mint leaves. Serve chilled, and enjoy!

Get a protein hit the tasty way with these gluten free, dairy free muffins.
Time: 40 mins
Serves: 14 muffins
Ingredients:
Muffins –
2 cups gluten free flour
2 serves vanilla protein powder
2 cups grated carrot
2 tsp baking powder
2 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp salt
2 eggs or egg alternatives
2 tsp vanilla essence
1/4 cup maple syrup
1/2 cup Cocobella Natural coconut yoghurt
2 tbsp melted coconut oil
1/2 cup almond milk
Optional: raisins and walnuts
Frosting –
4 tbsp Cocobella Natural coconut yoghurt
3 drops of vanilla stevia
1 tsp maple syrup
1/2 tbsp melted coconut oil
Walnuts for decorating
Method:
- Preheat your oven to 180 degrees fan-forced.
- Add all the dry ingredients to a bowl and combine.
- Add in the remaining wet ingredients and combine everything until a thick batter forms.
- Stir in raisins and walnuts if using.
- Spoon mixture into 14 muffin pans.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until skewer comes out clean.
- Allow to completely cool before frosting.
- To make the frosting, simply mix all the ingredients together and smear onto cooled muffins. Top with walnuts if using.

Time: 10 mins
Serves: 1
Ingredients:
2 frozen bananas
1/2 cup frozen mango
I tbs protein powder
1/2 cup Cocobella Straight Up coconut water
1 tbs pink pitaya powder
To garnish –
1 banana, sliced
1 teaspoon coconut flakes
1/2 teaspoon rice puffs
Method:
1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
2. Top with banana, coconut flakes, and rice puffs. Enjoy!

The tropical fruits and superfood toppings in this smoothie bowl will have your body and brain feeling its best.

Serves: 1
Ingredients:
1/2 cup fresh mango
1 frozen banana
1/3 cup frozen pineapple
1/3 Cocobella Straight Up coconut water
To serve –
Fresh mango
Passionfruit
Coconut flakes
Pepitas
Puffed Quinoa
Walnuts
Flaxseeds
Almonds
Hemp seeds
Method:
1. Blend all smoothie ingredients in a blender, until smooth and creamy.
2. Pour into a coconut bowl
3. Add your toppings, enjoy!
